1. Identification data (name, company name, headquarter, address, tel. Fax, email, fiscal information, etc.);
2. Economic and business activity information.

Your personal data will be processed according to the law and for the purposes of the ongoing contractual arrangements. In particular, your personal data will be processed to fulfil all requirements related to the administrative, commercial, accounting and fiscal activities. Data conferment is compulsory in order to comply with all legal and contractual obligations. The possible refusal to provide us with your personal data might cause our impossibility to fulfil the contractual and legal requirements. On the contrary data conferment is optional for ads and marketing mailing which our company may send to your postal, email address or fax number. The eventual refusal to process your data for marketing purposes will not affect the fulfilment of the ongoing contractual obligations.

All legal and contractual obligations considered, data collected and processes can also be communicated, exclusively for the aforesaid purposes, in Italy and abroad to:
1. Services companies, data processing companies, accounting/fiscal consultants and all bodies in charge to check the right fulfilment of the above mentioned objectives;
2. Eventual individuals who are not part of our structure with whom we have convened specific agreements on the measures to be respected in order to guarantee security of data conferred.
Anyway, they will be exclusively processed for the fulfilment of the aforesaid objectives.

Please note that the customers will always be able to exercise their rights envisaged by Art. 7 of the Data Protection Code. Wari Srl is the holder of data collected. By confirming the purchase order, customers acknowledge our privacy policy and authorize to collect and process their personal data.
